Vandalism is a serious problem in societies all over the world. Most people commit vandalism to express their feelings and sentiments; others do it just for fun. As a property owner, you always worry that one day you might see your windows or walls painted with different colours. Fortunately, there’s a variety of ways to keep this from happening.
Most vandals know no rules; they write, draw and paint wherever they want. Properties with loose or no security are the most common targets. You can protect your investment from graffiti and other forms of vandalism by doing any or all of the following:
Install CCTV Cameras
Vandals attack when owners leave their properties unattended. They will not bother to write or draw something in your walls and windows if they know there are surveillance cameras installed in your premises. They would not want you to recognise them. Installing CCTVs in high-risk areas, such as gates and back entrance will keep vandals away.
Use Anti-Graffiti Films
Do not let vandals turn your property into a large canvas. Protect every surface by installing specially designed anti-graffiti films. These durable materials have a protective coating that keeps glass windows free from damage, paint, permanent marks and scratches. It is more cost effective compared to replacing damaged or painted glass.
Make them Feel Guilty
Surprise vandals with your professionally tinted or covered glass windows. They would probably feel guilty and would be reluctant to ruin that well-decorated windows. Decorative window films are available in our facility.
